These terms govern the sale and use of the IPTV Subscribe service supplied by Zenora IPTV. Placing an order means you accept them. If anything here is unclear, contact us before ordering rather than after.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use the service for personal viewing in your own household, not to resell or redistribute it, and not to share your credentials publicly. Accounts showing simultaneous use beyond the number of screens purchased may be suspended.

Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee that every channel or title is available at all times. Sources change, rights change and networks fail. Where a stream stops working we will re-route it or provide an alternative as quickly as we can.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, in particular for resale, credential sharing or attempts to circumvent screen limits. Where suspension follows a clear breach, no refund is due.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect losses, including missed broadcasts or the cost of alternative services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

What we supply

Zenora IPTV supplies access to a streaming service delivered over your own internet connection. What you buy is a set of login credentials valid for the duration of the plan you selected. No physical goods and no hardware are supplied, and no equipment is installed at your address.

Ordering and acceptance

An order becomes binding once we confirm it and send your credentials to the email address you provided. Until that confirmation, either party may cancel without cost. We may decline an order without giving a reason, for example where the details supplied appear incorrect.

Price and payment

Prices shown include all applicable charges and are quoted in GBP. Payment is taken in cash on delivery. We do not store card details at any point. There is no recurring billing and no automatic renewal: a subscription ends on its expiry date unless you place a new order.

Delivery of credentials

Credentials are sent by email, normally within minutes of the order being confirmed. It is your responsibility to supply a working email address and to check the spam folder before reporting non-delivery.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
